Freddie took a stressful situation and made it amazing. We'd been previously approved for a mortgage by our credit union, then covid happened and our credit union got nervous and yanked our approval -- THEN we had another lender who was so awful, we called Rocket Mortgage/Rocket as a "back up plan" -- and Freddie was so AWESOME that Rocket Mortgage/Rocket became our actual plan! (In 20 minutes, ...Freddie took a stressful situation and made it amazing. (In 20 minutes, Freddie was able to answer all the questions our previous lender hadn't been able to and make us feel confident about the process while he was at it).

Throughout the entire process, Freddie was personable, professional, helpful, and so very patient. When he was on vacation, he made sure we were taken care of by one of his colleagues, and checked in with us as soon as he returned.
