Could not have asked for better customer service. I dont have anything bad to say about anyone from Rocket Mortgage but I wish I could have dealt solely with Greg. He always asked when the best time to reach me was, he always sent a reminder so I always knew when to expect a call which helped me be prepared. He had good answers for ALL my many questions. If i called and couldnt reach him within 5...Could not have asked for better customer service.
