When researching for a mortgage company, I really did my homework and looked into quite a few. However, it was Guy's professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help and answer any questions at all is what really settled the deal for me to go with Guy and Rocket Mortgage. His desire to get to know and make a connection with his clients is not something you really find these days in the customer service field, as was his desire to ensure I found a mortgage that was best for my specific situation. There were also a few situations where I had to reach out to Guy with an urgent question/problem, and even if it was on the weekend or he was on vacation (my mortgage closed during the summer), he returned my calls and made an effort right then to get the situation resolved or a resolution in work. I did not see or experience this from any other lender or broker that I talked with at other companies.
