Canadian purchaser with rental income. Now lives and works in the United States. Said that they could get it done, then came back and said they couldn't, then said they could but there would be a delay of closing, then said that things had been escalated to a special person but it would be a couple of days. I hunted her down on Wednesday to be told by her that the escalation team had not even taken a look at the file and suggested that I might want to look elsewhere for a loan for this client as they are covered up and running behind on making mortgages. I have used Rocket Mortgage for many clients and have been in the real estate business in Atlanta for over 30 years. Complete case up customer no service. From a customer service standpoint, Iman is fantastic. She followed up on her appointments just like she said she would. She was very kind and didn't make me feel like she didn't want to help.
