She worked evenings, weekends, and kept us up to date on every aspect so that there was no confusion on our part. Always cheerful, always professional, and always personable at the same time. We were on vacation in Europe during part of the process, and she even adjusted her times to make sure she could reach us when it was convenient for us. I have never felt so reassured and confident in the home-buying process. She coached us in ways that helped us get a good interest rate and was always willing to be flexible when we tweaked our plans.
