Jacki was on top of it. At every point in our loan process she was efficient, quick, friendly, knowledgeable - plus everything else you want your loan person to be. Later in the process when we were having issues with a third party vendor (the appraisal service) that were delaying closing she popped up to help again even though the problems weren't with Rocket Mortgage!
