Jackie helped me with two mortgages. The first experience was easy and fast with what felt like a single point of contact. The second experience was difficult. The single point of contact experience was not there. Communication was fragmented. I'd still recommend Rocket, but would encourage the company to return to simplicity and direct 1:1 relationships.
