Either they were too busy or simply thought because they were confident that would be enough for me as well. However James with Rocket Mortgage took the time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions and research the answers to my questions and get back to me. Making what can be a very suspenseful experience that much less suspenseful and that much more knowledgeable and confident.
