The builder had a preferred lender and it was not Rocket Mortgages. I called James to pretty much say hey its been nice working with you but this other lender has offered a deal that I'm sure you can not match. To my delight, James beat the other lenders offer. It took 6 months to finish the house from start to finish. I was sure that at closing time the expected costs would be higher but they were not. James and Rocket Mortgages stood by what they promised. I have recommended James to my family and friends. There is no question that I would use James again.
