(eG he advised me to send in a copy of a bill that he thought UW would need. And when they needed it, I was able to upload same day).
He was the one I went to when I had questions even after his “time” was up. Not because others weren’t there for me, but because Jason knew me and knew how to explain it to me. Because he understood me as a consumer.

I am a leader in a customer service environment that strives on perfect experiences and knowing your customers. Because I’m in the service field myself, I often compare our work with other company’s work for service. Sometimes those (me) are the WORST customers! Jason was great. I wouldn’t change a thing.
