Since I had just recently re-financed to Rocket Mortgage about 9 months earlier, I was doubtful but when he told me how much lower I could still go with a new rate, I listened. Actually, the process was quite simple and everything was done on line. No paperwork for me to collect, copy and fax. I think Jay was exceptional.
