I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. Their underwriters aren't always very accommodating - for instance on this loan I'm selling a house I've been in for 25yrs and buying a 2nd condo next door to my condo in Ft Worth (to give me extra space). The two units are right next door to each other, but the underwriters wouldn't believe this wasn't investment ...I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. It wasn't enough to drop the whole thing, but this is the 2nd time this has occurred. I have another condo in Dallas that I purchased for my Daughter/Son going to SMU....it was an 8yr period of time.
