Jay and his team were fantastic!! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Personable, and beyond fast and responsive. I have gone through a number of refi's in the past - but this one with Jay was by far - BY FAR - the easiest and most stress-free one EVER! In the future, if I have any mortgage needs, he will be the first and ONLY person I call. I guarantee you cannot do any better than with Jay....Jay and his team were fantastic!! Felt Jay was all on board with carrying us through the whole process and said to contact any time, but it was always playing phone tag and then we would get calls from random people with messages on filling out and completing something on the Rocket Mortgage portal.
