My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jeannie regarding our loan. She was so personable and put us at ease while we were going through the process. When we were working on the initial information for the loan she walked us through it while doing it online. I am kind of inept with the computer and she was with me step by step as we proceeded. well i have tried four or five time over the last 2 years to refi to no succes because all the apprasers the banks use i feel are crooks. Until i spoke Jeannie she got a no appraseal loan and i am so happy with her and Rocket i will tell all my friends to call her
