well i have tried four or five time over the last 2 years to refi to no succes because all the apprasers the banks use i feel are crooks. Until i spoke Jeannie she got a no appraseal loan and i am so happy with her and Rocket i will tell all my friends to call her

She is like many who have not learned, no matter how busy one is, the value of returning calls promptly or within a reasonable time frame say at the very least 48 hrs. It's something lacking in today's service industry. Had she not been working for Rocket Mortgage, I would have given her a score of 1. The support team of Rocket Mortgage is very good.
