I called Rocket Mortgage on a whim and Jeff picked up my call…how lucky was I?! He uncovered some issues I would have been blindsided by and was very empathetic and patient. Eventually he had to pass me to someone else within the company as he couldn’t do our type of loan, but he explained that loan in great detail and was spot-on about what our payment and interest would be.
