Jeff did a great job of working me thru the process. I did mention that my understanding was that Rocket/Rocket Mortgage were loan brokers and would sell my loan immediately. Jeff told me I was incorrect and that you don't sell loans. After closing my loan was immediately sold to FannieMae but will continue to be serviced by Rocket/Rocket Mortgage. That was slightly disappointing but I do ...Jeff did a great job of working me thru the process.
