We had gone to another mortgage broker who could not meet our needs. Our advisor at Schwab told us about Jeffrey, and he would have him call us. Within 30 minutes Jeffrey was calling, getting us familiarized with him, Rocket Mortgage and what he could do to help us with a time sensitive closing.
