He walked me through the process telling me he would be totally honest throughout and if I felt uncomfortable or needed to ask any questions just do so. I had many and must admit still skeptical. My credit score was very good, but he advised me to pay off one small debt before proceeding that moved my score above 750 - giving me even better options for qualifying.
