Jenna was great to work with. She was available at times that I would not have expected (weekend afternoons, for example) and was helpful with all questions I had. She also helped me with multiple scenarios on the "numbers" side of things, such as buying down my interest rate, putting down more/less downpayment, and comparing different terms in order to find the ideal option for my personal needs.
