I had a very difficult situation in that I was moving from southern California to Washington. A move of that distance can be difficult because of having to deal with two real estate agents, find a buyer for my home, find a new home to buy, etc., not to mention timing everything perfectly so that I could move out of one home and into the other. Jennifer assured me that she and Rocket Mortgage would be there for us and would make sure that things went smoothly on their end. Absolutely true to her word, the transaction was great. I never had to worry about funding or the timing of the loan. I got a great interest rate, great service, perfect timing - and with the added bonus of ongoing support and service by Rocket Mortgage.
