JJJ!!!!! I was secretly doubting you when you said that it was unacceptable for the appraisal to be done a whole week later after you originally quoted us. You said "book that date but let me make some phone calls", and sure enough the seller shot me a text and said "hey, the appraisal guy called me back and said that he's doing the appraisal tomorrow at 1:30".
