Where do I begin? Jenny has made my husbands (and my) dream of owning his childhood home a reality! Just when we were about to give up on the hopes of ever owning this-or any other-home, Jenny made it possible. Not only was she able to accomplish this, Jenny did it with Unfathomable compassion, sincerity, patience, kindness and caring like no other. Any time of day or evening.

Oh.my.God Jenny is AMMMMMAAAAAZZZZING! The home buying experience was so much fun and most importantly she was available immediately at all times for any questions and to cheer you on! I have talked to friends and family that have gone thru the experience of buying a home without Rocket Mortgage and they felt gypped, confused, ignored, and scared. I kept hearing stories about things that would or...Oh.my.God Jenny is AMMMMMAAAAAZZZZING! The home buying experience was so much fun and most importantly she was available immediately at all times for any questions and to cheer you on! I have talked to friends and family that have gone thru the experience of buying a home without Rocket Mortgage and they felt gypped, confused, ignored, and scared. I kept hearing stories about things that would or could happen because it happened to them personally, but never did anything negative happen in the entire home loan process. Jenny would take care of everything immediately before there even could be an issue. I love that there is an online site for Rocket Mortgage to see everything that we have uploaded and to see our progress but nothing can compare to the comforting long conversations with Jenny and all of the time she put into us.
