Jenny was absolutely amazing throughout the lengthy mortgage process. I went through several banks before deciding on Rocket Mortgage Loans mostly because of Jenny. The rates were comparable with other banks, but Jenny but because of her friendly demeanor and exceptional service I decided on Rocket Mortgage Loans. Jenny did a great job with my loan. I got an extremely competitive rate, low down payment, and avoided PMI completely. Before I talked with Rocket Mortgage, I didn't think this would be possible. They beat out the local guys, because they have to to get your business. My only criticism is that Rocket Mortgage has a bit of a high pressure feel to it and aggressively seeks your business, which ...Jenny did a great job with my loan.
