My experience working with Rocket Mortgage was the best experience I've had working with any mortgage company or bank. Working with Jenny was like working with a friend in the business. She cared about my goals and what was important to me not a mortgage sale.
This was a great mortgage experience primarily due to the excellent service Jenny provided. Her knowledge about the mortgage industry and process was a plus, but it was her dedication to client satisfaction that makes her stand out from the rest. Thanks much Jenny. Jenny is very knowledgeable about the loan process and she explain things very well. She responded to my emails and phone calls very quickly. Where do I begin? Jenny has made my husbands (and my) dream of owning his childhood home a reality! Just when we were about to give up on the hopes of ever owning this-or any other-home, Jenny made it possible. Not only was she able to accomplish this, Jenny did it with Unfathomable compassion, sincerity, patience, kindness and caring like no other. Any time of day or evening.
