The entire process was smooth and unlike other well-known lenders we closed the loan in a little more than 30 days. Rocket Mortgages (Rocket Mortgage) online portal is outstanding. It provided a buyer-friendly platform that was easy to manage, upload and retain documents. It also kept us abreast of any changes or requests for documentation. Even though I used the portal a lot Jessica was always around for questions and follow-up when needed. She'd often reach out and see how things were going. The funding and closing portion of the process was also smooth and quick. It's associates like Jessica that make Rocket Mortgage the number one lender in the USA.
