When we moved out of the Metro Detroit area we did not realize that Rocket Mortgage were nationwide. As we began our venture into purchasing a home while we also started our retirement - Jim was excellent! Our realtor was very apprehensive about us using Rocket Mortgage, as he said his experience hadn't been pleasant with them. We, however, kept to our wish to use Rocket Mortgage. Everything was smooth and easy to process. When we came upon a problem with a banking institution Jim went the mile and kept at the problem until it was resolved.
We couldn't be more pleased with Jim and Rocket Mortgage. Our realtor is also pleased with his experience and promises to send business to Jim and Rocket Mortgage.
