The buying process can be stressful so having someone really there for me was extremely helpful. His communication was outstanding, he left no questions unanswered, and he worked diligently throughout the entire process, even after we were turned over to the underwriters, to make sure that we were happy, and all her needs were met!

He was incredibly quick to return phone calls, and respond to text messages. Day or night, we got an answer immediately.
