Im with Rocket Mortgage over 20 years. Never have any problems with refinancing or buy a house for my daughter. I was very happy with Rocket Mortgage till less conversations with Joe.
He said that even if I have a payed off house worth 700K and I have a 200K on my bank account for down payment and steady job 90K a year I still cannot afford a loan to buy a 500K house….. I had explained to him from the outset that I really needed to get this done in 30 days or less and he and the team at Rocket Mortgages got me done in about 3 and a half weeks. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations. They follow a process that hands you over to the next account specialist and they apparently communicate very well within this process because I never felt like I had to reexplain anything to the next person. This continued through the whole process and even after it was all done, the follow up was very professional. i would highly recommend Joe Murado and the team at Rocket Mortgage without any hesitation.
