From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team.
