He was incredibly easy to work with and always made it seem as though he had my interests at heart and wanted to see me find a great home for a price and mortgage I could live with. I worried often about working with a company like Rocket and whether or not they would just see me as a number in their records, but John did not.

John always stayed in communication if I had questions or concerns and promptly sorted all of them. He was continuously looking for ways to help and make sure we could land into the house we are in now when we were ready to move. I cannot say enough good things about him.
