My first thought when we had our initial conversation, was how personable John is. In five minutes, you felt like you've known him for years, he's just one of those folks with that kind of personality, and it makes you feel comfortable having a friend guide you through this process. More importantly, he is very knowledgeable, and when you get done with the pleasantries, he is professional, and handles the business end like a pro. When we had questions, and for us, they came up all the time, he was always extremely prompt with responses, both email, and phone. The bottom line is that while we are sure that John has many clients, he made us feel like we were his only clients. That is the thought I had, every single time I spoke with him, like we were his only clients, and I don't think you can pay a higher compliment than that. In my mind, John is a rising star, and I suspect he has a bright future at Rocket Mortgage. Thank You so much John, Rochelle and I will never forget all of your hard work on our behalf...
