Working with John was an easy and quick. He made my choice of who to get my first loan through extremely easy. For the very first time I had to take a moment because I was so happy and blessed to have had John help my husband and I move into our forever home that I needed to be sure I was able to write something that was coherent! John probably helps hundreds of people a day (if not more). He succeeded in making us feel like we were his only clients. He felt like a friend helping us through a very tough journey. He heard my worries at every turn and never hesitated to walk me through whatever was needed. If John didn't know the answer, which was rare, he was able to find the person that did and get in touch with me. My husband and I work in fields where we are pretty much always working. We are a call away for anyone. John was the same way. During the summer months I work LONG days and John was able to find a way to always connect so we could get to where we needed to be. It took a year for us to get into our new home and sell the house that we were living in. John and the Rocket Mortgage team never gave up on us. I can't even begin to say "Thank you" enough to John and Rocket Mortgage. The only thing I can do is tell everyone I know that's even thinking of buying to call John. I don't have to do much else because the amazing service and the advantage of having the access to all the programs that Rocket Mortgage does will win anyone over. Rocket Mortgage was not our first choice for getting a mortgage.
