Jon help me navigate the whole process, answered all the questions I had, answered or returned all may calls promptly. Jon has the patience of Job, not once did I feel like I was in the dark about what was going on. by phone or email whenever I had a question or problem. When I had difficulty uploading
requested documents, Jon and Victoria Vick searched for the documents themselves to
help me out. The whole process only took a little over 6 ...Jon and the whole team at Rocket Mortgage did an excellent job from the application
