I can't put into words how good Jordan is. He is available all the time to answer questions, he explains everything so that you can understand it, and he helps you believe you can do this (Buy A HOUSE). There was a time in this process where I almost pulled out but Jordan told me I can do this, so I powered thru. Now I own a great condo and I couldn't be happier. I actually Flew to Phoenix and ...I can't put into words how good Jordan is. Jordan was terrific, Patient, knowledgeable and responsive. And friendly! The only reason I’m not giving him 5 stars is we ended up getting better terms from Rocket Mortgage after considering another lender and I wondered why we weren’t quoted those better terms originally. But again, Jordan was wonderful.
