I closed on my house 5/16/2016 the exact day that Josh told me i would close. The whole home buying process is a nightmare. The only smooth part of our process was when our point of contact was Josh. He does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. That might not seem like a big deal but when it comes to mortgage companies it is.

When I first spoke to my realtor she informed me that Rocket Mortgage will have a hard time closing this loan, I spoke to Josh about this and he reassured me that they had my best interest in mind and after working with him for couple more weeks I noticed they truly did. The best part was being able to reach him on a Sunday at 10pm, no other lenders do that, ever!
