Josh was both professional and efficient in the processing of my refinancing...I felt very at ease with him and he encouraged me to ask any questions that I had. I appreciated the fact that if I had a question, and he was unsure of the correct answer, he would ask if he could put me on hold as he wanted to confer with his Manager to assure me of the proper information..
