When I started my loan process with Rocket Mortgage I was very unsure about going with a larger lender. As a first time home buyer I thought going with a smaller local lender would be a better option because they would have more time for me than Rocket Mortgage. I found out very quickly that was not the case, as my loan process continued and I met Justin, I truly felt like I was the only client he had. He answered my calls any time I called, I work long hours so my calls were occasionally late at night but that didn't bother Justin. He spent hours on the phone with my Fiance and I explaining what the best options were with our loan. He did not simply tell us what he thought was best, he gave us a detailed explanation on all of our options so we could fully understand why we were making the right choice. Due to some of our deals falling through due to the sellers party our house search took about 4 months, however Justin still made me just as much of a priority as when we first started the process. after being in our home for about a month Justin called me again congratulated me on finally getting in our home, After catching up he took the time to explain to me the different strategies on paying off our loan and what strategies he used on his home. Justin was absolutely amazing at his job, I could not have dreamed of things going as smoothly as they did.
