WOW is all I can say, I originally started to work with Kelsey a couple months back and then I started to shop other banks and see if I could do better with the rates. However she never gave up with me, which being in the car business is something that you have to love about someone is the consistence and the tendency to never give up on a prospect. In the mean time I was working with Citi they did get me a little better rate with Rocket Mortgage ( at the time) but the customer service was very very poor compared to what I received from Kelsey. After 2 weeks of dealing with Citi, I called Kelsey back updated her with my progress and when my closing date was, and we worked around the clock together for 2 days making sure I had everything they needed to stay on track. Kelsey has superior customer service skills, excellent communication, and understanding, very up beat and positive attitude to get the job done.
