Ken had been a pleasure to work with - It is always a learning experience when applying for a mortgage, after all, it is not something that is done often in one's lifetime. That being said, my wife and I had many mundane and basic questions, which may have frustrated most people. However, Ken took all questions as if they were the most important and calmly gave us answers that we could understand.
