So I was originally applying for a mortgage loan with a different lender.I was communicating with my agent via email text and phone. Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t tell anyone about me or where we were at in the process, and needless to say I was quite frustrated. So I called up Rocket Mortgage. I got connected with Ken Jones.
