Wow!! What can I say about Ken, very patient, listens, explains (sometimes over and over), he is great and gives courage when things are not looking good, he works with you to at least get what you want, remembering that we don't always get what we want. He goes and beyond to try and meet his customer needs. He is excellent and to make it short, he is the go to guy, you will not regret it.
