My decision to use Rocket Mortgage rather than my Chase bank was based on whether or not the loan would be assumable. Kevin, you tol me it was indeed assumable. Therefore based on that fact alone, i chose Rocket Mortgage to service my loan. That was not the case and i was disapointed. Other than that, the experience was excellent.
