Kevin seems to know when a gentle nudge helps us first-time home-buyers make up our minds, but I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy into something I wasn't ready for or couldn't really afford. He made the process really so simple, with the help of their computer system and e-signatures, which he explained so thoroughly and taught me so well of every button to push, as if he were standing over me watching. Kevin works long hours and was available whenever I needed him. Sometimes at 7 or 8pm and he would spend as much time as I needed to get through each part of the process. It was really very easy, especially for Kevin's help. They do it all from inspections, to title searches, to escrow and Kevin made sure to find us the best interest rate possible.
