Let's start out with I had some issues with credit as many people do, and I could not obtain a mortgage from any leader. We found that out early in the process. Kristina tried everything but, could not get it done until early in 2019. Over a six month period, she kept in touch and on the appropriate day was ready to get our loan in process. Over a six month period, she kept in touch and on the appropriate day was ready to get our loan in process. Rocket Mortgage had 28 days to process and fund the mortgage or we would have lost $20,000. The final closing statement was finished at 5 PM the day before the closing. Kristina was in touch with me at least four times during the process and her team was outstanding.
