One of the tasks in life that I dislike the most is financing or refinancing homes or cars. However, my experience with Kyle was so easy, quick and informative. If I got confused or needed clarification, he was quick to talk me through the details being patient and kind. He was always respectful, thoughtful, and available. Definitely the man for this job.

When I called Rocket Mortgage to see about getting refinance loan I was a little worried. I had a bad experience with a different loan company. But when I spoke with him on the telephone it was very easy process. So within 13 days my loan was approved and closing is done.
