When I called Rocket Mortgage to see about getting refinance loan I was a little worried. I had a bad experience with a different loan company. But when I spoke with him on the telephone it was very easy process. So within 13 days my loan was approved and closing is done. Anytime I called Kyle even if I didnt leave a message he would call me and see if everything was ok.
