I loved talking to Laura. I called after seeing a Rocket Mortgage commercial, as we were dealing with a rather inept broker in our town who NEVER answered her phone. Why do I “owe” her any business? So I called and got Laura and she guided me through the process and offered me a great interest rate, beating the other broker by .375 percent!
