Laura was hands down the best. In the beginning she was just filling in for someone on vacation and happened to be the one my inquiry was directed to.

Not only did she get me an approval letter in a matter of a couple days (we had already put an offer in as my wife and I work backwards!) but she saw the whole purchase through until the end.
