You'd think we were asking for a million dollars. Frustrating!!! But after speaking with Lawrence, we were quickly put to ease. His likeable demeanor and wit made us not only laugh but comfortable with the whole loan seeking experience. He is smart, sharp, personable and a great asset to the Rocket Mortgage team. As the first contact, I wouldn't have expected such an open discussion, we became fast friends within minutes. This my friends is what I call talent!!! He is good at what he does. Lawrence not only assured us that all will be okay, he looked at our situation and pretty much promised we would be approved and will probably close in record time... Well guess what? He was right, within a month all was compiled and completed and we're closing this Friday. I can kick myself for not choosing Rocket Mortgage from the beginning...I guess its a learning experience... So, anyone, all of you out there, don't hesitate to seek a loan outside the conventional route of a bank...pick Rocket Mortgage!!!
