I had been trying to refinance my home and was unsuccessful with another lender who I couldn't get to return my calls. I called my current lender and they stated that Rocket Mortgage does all of their refinancing. I was so fortunate to have been given Linda from Rocket Mortgage. She was so nice and walked me through the entire process and made it so easy to understand. I still can't believe it was that easy and will continue to us Rocket Mortgage and ask for Linda in my future refi's/purchase.

My wife and I decided we wanted to refinance our home so we called our current Mortgage company. The lady that answered honestly seemed disinterested in gaining our business, she told me that we probably wouldn't qualify and also told me that the rates I was looking for were probably too good to be true. In fact she said, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!" I called her back with information and she never even returned my calls. I won't lie to you, we were both pretty dejected by the whole experience! Instead of giving up (which I ALMOST did), I threw up a quick prayer and then decided to call Rocket Mortgage. When I started the conversation I was almost beaten down, I believe I told LInda, well...we probably won't qualify. She immediately assured me that despite what I previously heard, that it may be possible. Well, it was! What an answer to prayer! We qualified quickly and painlessly for the loan that was, according to the other loan company, "Too good to be true." I told Linda just the other day how thankful I was that I called Rocket Mortgage and I also let her know that I would recommend her (and Rocket Mortgage) to anyone and everyone! It was like night and day between the two companies and my only frustration is with myself, what took me so long!

Linda was great, the loan was painless and now I understand why Rocket Mortgage wins so many awards. When my wife and I go looking for our next home, I will be calling Linda again!
